On completion of this course participants will be able to:
- Identify the key components of an airfield ground lighting (AGL) system.
- Explain how to troubleshoot common faults on an AGL series circuit.
- Define key maintenance tasks, and the frequency with which they are typically undertaken, for:
- Apron lighting.
- Airfield ground lighting.
- Airfield power supply systems.
- Aircraft visual guidance docking systems.
- Identify who is responsible for, and key considerations concerning, the maintenance of NAVAIDs.
