The Airport Operations Diploma Program will provide participants with:

  • How to establish Unified Customer Care during Irregular Operations by developing a cohesive action plan.
  • The importance of developing coordinated solutions.
  • The benefits of establishing regional networks when dealing with IROPS events.
  • What is Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM)?
  • How A-CDM can assist in mitigating the effects of an IROPS situation.

This course includes an integrated online assessment.

Candidates must successfully complete the assessment to receive a Certificate of Completion.
