- More effectively define the problem you are being asked to solve and identify the most appropriate training and non-training solution(s) to address the issue.
- Summarize the key steps involved in conducting a job analysis.
- Explain how learner characteristics, such as experience, motivation, and literacy levels inform training design and delivery.
- Explain how TNA findings are used to develop a structured training plan and align training content with operational roles and needs.
