- Identify a range of assessment tools and determine when each is most appropriate.
- Describe the process of planning, designing, trialing, and finalizing assessment tools.
- Define the principles of reliability and validity, and explain how they are both important for ensuring fair and consistent assessment outcomes.
- Explain how to evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation.
- Explain the importance of maintaining accurate training and assessment records and describe appropriate methods for doing so.
