Overview

The Compliance and Quality Assurance in Airport Security course explores the concepts of compliance and quality assurance and how they can best be introduced into the airport workplace. 

The course examines the use of audits, inspections, vulnerability assessments, and tests, and how they can be used to ensure aviation security standards are achieved and maintained.

This course can be taken as part of the Certificate in Airport Security for those wishing to deepen their understanding of the key concepts and best practices associated with airport security and gain the knowledge required to address modern airport security challenges.

    • Developing and maintaining an Airport Security Program.
  3. The Airport Quality Control Program
    • The purpose, key principles, and recommended contents of an airport aviation security Quality Control Program.. 
  4. Quality Control Activities
    • Planning for and conducting quality control activities, including audits, inspections, tests, investigations, and vulnerability assessments. 
    • The benefits of a continuous monitoring approach.

Assessment

This course includes an integrated online assessment.  

Candidates must successfully complete the assessment to receive a Certificate of Completion.
