  • Qualities and skills needed for success as a trainer.

  • Designing and delivering training that works for adult learners.
  • What is instructional design?
  • Common instructional design models.
  • What is a competency?
  • The benefits of competency-based training.

This course includes an integrated online assessment.

Candidates must successfully complete the assessment to receive a Certificate of Completion for the course.
