How It Works

• Pre-paid Training Credits are payable in advance.
• Training credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date and can be redeemed on any course listed in the OLC Course Catalogue.
• On purchase, you will receive an email outlining the information needed to set up your Pre-paid Account.
• Your discounted enrollment fee is deducted from your available training credit as enrollments are processed.
• You can run a report on your monthly enrollments at any time.
• If you exceed your training credit, you will receive an Additional Usage notification and invoice at the end of the month in which your training credit was exceeded.
• Additional Usage payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
• You can top-up your training credit at any time.
