Overview
Duty Free World Council has developed a global Code of Conduct for the Sale of Confectionery, Chocolate and Biscuit Products in Duty Free & Travel Retail.
The Code was developed in close cooperation with DFWC’s members and provides a unique standard for the promotion of responsible retailing of confectionery, chocolate, and biscuit products in the duty free and travel retail (DF & TR) channel.
This course is designed to support the implementation of the Code for those involved in the sale of these products.

Guiding Principles for Customer Communication and Engagement
Assessment
This course includes an integrated online assessment. Candidates must successfully complete the assessment to receive a Certificate of Completion.
