New – Airport Safety Awareness Training

The COVID-19 pandemic is having an unprecedented impact on the way airports will deliver services to the travelling public, their employees, and the numerous service providers that operate at their airport.

COVID-19 is changing the way we work and has accelerated the adoption of digital platforms that enable us to deliver services in ways that are more agile, cost-effective and scalable.

To assist airports on this journey the ACI Online Learning Centre (OLC) is delighted to announce the release of an off-the-shelf online Security Awareness Training program that can be immediately deployed to the airport community including airport employees and service provider personnel.

The course can be accessed via the Online Learning Centre, deployed via a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) provided by the OLC, or through the airport’s existing LMS. 

Airports can also obtain a Campus Licences that provides the ability to customise the training with local content and distribute the training to all personnel on the airport campus.
