Pre-paid Training Credits now Available

The ACI Online Learning Centre (OLC) has a number of Pre-paid Training Credit packages available.

Many airports are choosing to purchase OLC Pre-paid Training Credits to get access to discounts on a large range of online airport courses and to avoid procurement delays.

Our packages offer:

• A fully managed service with reporting and user management

There are three tiers of pre-paid training credits available, each offering a discount on our online Airport Courses.

$5,000 offering 5.0% off all OLC enrolments

$10,000 offering 10.0% off all OLC enrolments

$20,000 offering 15.0% off all OLC enrolments

Until 31st December 2020, pre-paid training credit discounts will be increased to 20% on selected courses.

• Pre-paid Training Credits are payable in advance.
• Training credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date and can be redeemed on any course listed in the OLC Course Catalogue.
• On purchase, you will receive an email outlining the information needed to set up your Pre-paid Account.
• Your discounted enrolment fee is deducted from your available training credit as enrolments are processed.
• You can run a report on your monthly enrolments at any time.
• If you exceed your training credit, you will receive an Additional Usage notification and invoice at the end of the month in which your training credit was exceeded.
• Additional Usage payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
• You can top-up your training credit at any time.
