- The role and responsibilities of an investigator.
- The personal qualities and knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) of effective investigators.
- Training requirements for investigators.
Post Investigation Reporting and Action
- Reporting requirements.
- Monitoring investigation outcomes.
- Following up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
