The Human Factors Safety Training course provides participants with an introduction to the fundamental concepts of Human Factors and assists them to recognize, understand and mitigate human performance issues at their airport.
This course can be taken as part of the Certificate I in Airside Safety for those wishing to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the key elements of airside safety and how these elements combine as part of the airport’s overall Safety Management System.
